Credit Card Guarantee
A credit card is required at time of booking your appointment time. You may choose any form of payment when you check out. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Appointment Cancellation and Fee Policies
We have reserved a special time just for you with one of our therapists. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for all scheduled treatments. In the event that you do not arrive for your reserved time and have not called to cancel, the full treatment price will be charged for all time reserved. Scheduling an appointment with us is your acceptance of these policies.
Group Reservations
Groups of four or more receiving multiple services or groups of seven or more with a single service can receive personalized attention from our group coordinator, who will assure that all your needs are met. Please ask to speak with our group coordinator for full information on group booking policies and fees.
